The correct answer is

Rs. 2,100

The correct answer is Rs. 2,100.

The ratio of their daily work rates (3:1) is directly proportional to the ratio of the work they completed over those 12 days, and thus directly proportional to their shares of the Rs. Raghu's daily rate ( \frac{\text{W}}{16} ) is 3 times the assistant's daily rate ( \frac{\text{W}}{48} ). Since they worked for the same duration (12 days), Raghu did 3 times the amount of work compared to the assistant. Therefore, Raghu gets 3 parts of the money while the assistant gets 1 part.
