Part (3) contains the error: "most of the micronutrients concerning are very safe" is ungrammatical. "Concerning" cannot stand as a post-modifier of "micronutrients" here. The idiomatic phrase is "of concern" — i.e., "most of the micronutrients of concern are very safe". Parts (1) and (2) are grammatically sound.
