The correct answer is

Shekha Jheel Bird Sanctuary

Ramsar sites are wetlands of international importance listed under the Ramsar Convention of 1971, and India has been adding new sites steadily.

Nawabganj (Unnao), Saman (Mainpuri) and Sandi (Hardoi) bird sanctuaries of Uttar Pradesh were already declared Ramsar sites in 2019, so none of them could be a new addition in 2026.

Shekha Jheel in Aligarh district, a perennial lake beside the Upper Ganga Canal that hosts large numbers of migratory waterbirds in winter, was added in April 2026 as India's 99th Ramsar site.

Hence, Shekha Jheel Bird Sanctuary.
