In a certain code language,
A + B means 'A is the mother of B', A – B means 'A is the brother of B',
A × B means 'A is the wife of B',
A % B means 'A is the father of B',
A # B means 'A is the daughter of B'. How is Pv related to Kt if 'Pv + Df # Ly % Gi × Kt'?

This question was previously asked in
RRB Group D 2025 Question Paper (18-Aug-2026) (Shift 1)
The correct answer is

Wife's mother

Decode each symbol: Pv + Df means Pv is the mother of Df; Df # Ly means Df is the daughter of Ly; Ly % Gi means Ly is the father of Gi; Gi × Kt means Gi is the wife of Kt.

From Pv + Df and Df # Ly, Pv (mother) and Ly (father) are parents of Df, so Pv is the wife of Ly.

Ly is also the father of Gi, so Gi is a daughter of Pv and Ly; therefore Pv is the mother of Gi.

Since Gi is the wife of Kt, Pv (Gi's mother) is Kt's wife's mother.

Hence, the correct answer is Wife's mother.
