SSC CGL 2018 (Tier 2) Statistics Previous Year Paper (22-feb-2018)
The correct answer is

am growing older

"Having grow old" is ungrammatical. The clause "Now that I ___" introduces the present reason for the main clause's present-tense habit ("I often spend"), so it needs a present-tense verb form.

"Am growing older" (present continuous) correctly conveys the ongoing process of ageing. "Had grown older" (past perfect) and "has grown older" (wrong subject agreement with I) do not fit. Hence the improvement is am growing older.
