SSC GD 2018 Question Paper Hindi (11-Mar-2019) (Shift 3)
The correct answer is

Vitamin D

Vitamin D (calciferol) helps the intestine absorb calcium and phosphorus needed for bone formation.

Its deficiency in children causes rickets, with soft, weak and bent bones such as bow legs; in adults it causes osteomalacia.

Iron deficiency causes anaemia, vitamin A deficiency causes night blindness, and vitamin B1 deficiency causes beriberi.

Hence, Vitamin D.
