The correct answer is

1 only

The 2023 delimitation exercise in Assam, carried out by the Election Commission of India, was based on the 2001 census data, keeping the total number of Assembly (126) and Lok Sabha (14) seats unchanged. However, the exercise did increase the number of seats reserved for Scheduled Tribes from 16 to 19 (and for Scheduled Castes from 8 to 9), so statement 2 is incorrect.
