The correct answer is

LD 6

First letter: it moves 3 steps forward. B(2) + 3 = E, C(3) + 3 = F, so I(9) + 3 = L.

Second letter: it moves 6 steps back. O(15) - 6 = I, S(19) - 6 = M, so J(10) - 6 = D.

The number: it is reduced by 14. 7 - 14 = -7, 10 - 14 = -4, so 20 - 14 = 6.

Applying all three rules to IJ 20 gives L, D and 6.

Hence, IJ 20 is related to LD 6.
