• Construction and Origin: Built at Yantar Shipyard, Kaliningrad, Russia, as part of a defense collaboration between India and Russia.
• Contract Details: The contract for INS Tushil was signed in October 2016 between India, JSC Rosoboronexport, and the Russian defense sector.
• Size and Capacity: The frigate is 125 meters long and has a displacement of 3,900 tons.
• Operational Speed: It is capable of achieving speeds of over 30 knots, enhancing its tactical mobility.
