DSSSB 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

  • PGT- post the candidates have completed Post-Graduation or some other equivalent qualification for PGT Hindi/Sanskrit with compulsory subjects from a reputed university. Candidates who have cleared their diploma or have done Graduation in education can also apply for the Post Graduate Teacher post.
  • TGT- the candidates must be an Under-Graduate must have some equivalent education from the recognized college/university/Institute with a minimum of 45% marks in the concerned subjects. candidates who have an undergraduate or postgraduate or diploma in coaching Education OR have a certification of SAV can also apply for TGT. All the applicants must have operating knowledge of Hindi and qualified for CTET by CBSE.
  • Music Teacher- The applicant must have a BA degree in Music.
  • other posts- the applicant must have been an undergraduate or done post-graduation OR must attain a diploma within the required subject can apply for the post

Age Limit

  • The maximum age of the candidates should be 32 years for TGT Post
  • The maximum age of the applicants should be 36 years for PGT Post
  • The maximum age of the aspirants should be 32 years for Music Teacher Post
  • The maximum age of the candidates should be 30 years for the rest of the posts

  • The applicants will have Negative Marking for each wrong answer with a reduction of 0.25 marks
