Candidates who were required to pay the fee had to complete the payment within the prescribed deadline. Merely filling the application form without successful fee payment, wherever applicable, did not complete the application process.
For SSC JHT 2026 after the application deadline of May 14, 2026, the Staff Selection Commission opened a correction window from May 19 to May 20, 2026 (11:00 PM) for candidates to fix any mistakes in their submitted applications.
The most recent corrected application will be treated as final. If the correction charges are not paid, the corrected application is not accepted and the previously submitted application remains valid.
