  1. Accommodation- Housing accommodation is provided to the RBI assistant. Because the accommodation is subject to availability, they are provided with rent as a substitute
  2. Dearness Allowance- This is paid by the government to mitigate the impact of inflation on the official
  3. City Compensatory Allowance- The government pays the RBI assistant to compensate for the higher cost of living in metropolitan or Tier-1 cities
  4. Transport Allowance- Government provides RBI assistant with this allowance for them to meet commuting expenses between the places of residence and office or a place where office duty is to be performed
