This question was previously asked in
RRB NTPC 2015 CBT 1 Question Paper PDF (2-Apr-2016) (Shift 3)
The correct answer is

Rahul

From the passage: Rahul is good in Hindi, Maths and Biology; Kusum is good in Hindi, Maths and Marathi; Sameer is good in Hindi, Biology and History; Gita is good in Marathi, Maths, History and Biology; Mihir is good in History and Biology.

Rahul is in the Hindi-Maths pair and the Hindi-Biology pair, so he is good in Maths, Biology and Hindi together.

Gita and Mihir have no Hindi, and Sameer has Hindi and Biology but no Maths, so none of them has all three.

Hence, Rahul.
