The correct answer is

Gandhi-Irwin Pact

The Gandhi-Irwin Pact, signed in March 1931 between Mahatma Gandhi and Viceroy Lord Irwin, led to the suspension of the Civil Disobedience Movement.

In return, the British government agreed to release political prisoners and Gandhi agreed to participate in the Second Round Table Conference in London.

The Lucknow Pact of 1916 was an agreement between the Congress and Muslim League, and the Poona Pact of 1932 concerned separate electorates for the depressed classes, so neither relates to the 1931 suspension of Civil Disobedience.

Hence, the correct answer is the Gandhi-Irwin Pact.
