The correct answer is

Sending Indian astronauts into low-Earth orbit

Sending Indian astronauts into low-Earth orbit is correct.

Gaganyaan is ISRO's human spaceflight programme. Its objective is to demonstrate India's capability to send a crew of Indian astronauts (gaganyatris) into low-Earth orbit at an altitude of about 400 km for a mission of up to three days and bring them back safely to Earth with a splashdown at sea.

In 2025, the programme was in its uncrewed test-flight phase, with the first uncrewed orbital mission planned before the crewed flight. A permanent station is a separate later goal (the Bharatiya Antariksh Station), not the Gaganyaan objective; robotic lunar landers and rovers belong to the Chandrayaan series; and the solar observatory is Aditya-L1, launched in 2023.
