The correct answer is

Vaisheshika

There are six Vedangas (limbs of the Veda) traditionally listed as Shiksha (phonetics), Kalpa (ritual procedure), Vyakarana (grammar), Nirukta (etymology), Chhanda (metre) and Jyotisha (astronomy/astrology). They are auxiliary disciplines meant to help in the correct recitation and interpretation of the Vedas.

Vaisheshika is not a Vedanga. It is one of the six orthodox schools (Shad-darshanas) of Indian philosophy, founded by Kanada, dealing with atomism and the categories of reality.

Kalpa, Vyakarana and Jyotisha are all genuine Vedangas, so they cannot be the odd one out.

Hence, the answer is Vaisheshika, which is a school of philosophy and not a Vedanga.
