The ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore’ campaign, held in December 2025, focused on :
Public grievance redressal and improving service delivery
‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore’ is the nationwide outreach campaign run during Good Governance Week by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). In 2025 it was held from 19 to 25 December, after a preparatory phase from 11 to 18 December.
Under the campaign, district administrations held special camps to redress public grievances at the doorstep, disposed of pending service-delivery applications, added new online services and documented good-governance practices. Its focus was therefore public grievance redressal and better service delivery.
Capacity building of Panchayati Raj Institutions, preparation of Gram Panchayat Development Plans and digital delivery of Panchayat services are themes of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj’s programmes (such as the People’s Plan Campaign), not the aim of this DARPG campaign.
Public grievance redressal and improving service delivery option is correct.
