The correct answer is

D

Number the seats 1 to 7 from left to right (all face north). Only one person sits to the right of A, so A is at seat 6.

Only three people sit between B and A, so B and A are four seats apart. With A at seat 6, B must be at seat 2.

Only three people sit between T and J (four seats apart) and neither sits at the left end (seat 1). The remaining four-apart pairs are seats 3 and 7, so T and J occupy seats 3 and 7 in some order.

Only one person sits between T and O, so T and O are two seats apart. Testing T at seat 3 gives O at seat 1 or 5; testing T at seat 7 gives O at seat 5.

D sits immediately to the right of Z, so Z and D are adjacent. The still-empty seats are 1, 4 and 5. If T is at 3, J at 7 and O at 1, then Z and D take seats 4 and 5 as Z\(=\)4, D\(=\)5, which are adjacent and valid. The other cases leave no adjacent pair for Z and D.

The final order is: seat 1 O, seat 2 B, seat 3 T, seat 4 Z, seat 5 D, seat 6 A, seat 7 J. The person immediately to the left of A (seat 6) is at seat 5.

Hence, the person sitting immediately to the left of A is D.
