RRB Group D 2018 Question Paper (22-Sep-2018) (Shift 1)
The correct answer is

Sun

Nuclear fusion is the process in which two light atomic nuclei combine to form a heavier nucleus, releasing enormous amounts of energy. It requires extremely high temperatures (of the order of tens of millions of degrees) and very high pressures so that the positively charged nuclei can overcome their mutual electrostatic repulsion.

These conditions exist naturally in the core of the Sun and other stars, where hydrogen nuclei fuse into helium in the proton-proton chain, producing the sunlight and heat that reach the Earth. Nuclear reactors on Earth run on nuclear fission (splitting of heavy nuclei), not fusion; the Earth's core is molten but nowhere near hot enough for fusion; and ocean waves are a mechanical phenomenon with no nuclear processes involved.

Hence, Sun.
