The correct answer is

Gain ₹180

CP per kg = ₹3600 ÷ 24 = ₹150/kg.

SP of 12 kg at 20% gain = \(12 \times 150 \times 1.20 = ₹2{,}160\)
SP of 12 kg at 10% loss = \(12 \times 150 \times 0.90 = ₹1{,}620\)
Total SP = ₹3,780; Total CP = ₹3,600.

Profit = ₹3,780 − ₹3,600 = ₹180 gain. is the correct answer
