The correct answer is

Bihar

Jhijhia is a traditional folk dance performed chiefly during the festival of Dussehra in the autumn Navratri season, tied closely to the worship of Goddess Durga.

It belongs to the state of Bihar, and is especially rooted in the Mithila (Maithil) region, forming a distinctive part of that area's devotional and seasonal culture.

In the dance, women carry perforated earthen pots (with many small holes) that hold lit lamps inside, balancing them on their heads while moving gracefully and singing hymns in praise of the goddess.

The performance is essentially an act of prayer, traditionally offered seeking rain, a good harvest, and the wellbeing, prosperity and protection of the community and family.

The multi-holed pot with a flame that does not go out is also read as a symbol of vigilance and of warding off ill-will, adding a protective, folk-belief dimension to the ritual.

Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka each have their own separate folk dances, but Jhijhia is not native to any of them.

Hence, the correct answer is Bihar.
