The correct answer is

POEM - PMEO - MEOP

Checking DISK → DKSI: the letters at positions 2 and 4 (I, K) are swapped, giving D-K-S-I.

Checking DKSI → KSID: the letters are rotated one step to the left, giving K-S-I-D.

The same two-step pattern (swap positions 2 and 4, then rotate left by one) is confirmed by LEAF → LFAE → FAEL.

Testing POEM → PMEO: swapping positions 2 and 4 (O, M) gives P-M-E-O, matching; rotating PMEO left by one gives M-E-O-P, matching MEOP.

Hence, POEM - PMEO - MEOP is the triad that follows the same logic.
