MPSC exam is used by the Govt. of Maharashtra for the purpose of recruitment of individuals to positions in various departments. MPSC exam is conducted yearly in English and Marathi medium. Standard eligibility requirements for the exam include that a candidate must be a Graduate and a minimum of 18 years of age. The exam conducted through a qualifying Prelims exam followed by 6 Mains Papers, there are no optional subjects.

MPSC 2021 will be conducted through a Prelim Exam with 2 Papers, and the Main Exam with 6 mandatory Papers. The Prelim examination serves as a qualifier for the Main exam. FAQs
Ques. What is the required eligibility for writing MPSC 2021 exam?
Ans. Candidates are required to have passed Graduation or Diploma (min 3 years) from a recognized University. Candidates must also be a minimum of 18 years of age and max 33 years (35 & 38 years for OBC and SC/ST candidates respectively).
Ques. Is it mandatory to write the MPSC Prelims exam?
Ans. All candidates are absolutely required to write the Prelims examination as it performs as a qualifier to the MPSC Mains exam. Min 33% in the Prelims is required to be eligible for the MPSC Mains exam.
