How to Apply for MPPSC 2021 Examination?

Below is given detailed information on how to apply for the MPPSC examination for the year 2021. Those candidates who face difficulty in applying for the examination can find each and every detail here.

Important points to note before Registration:

  • Candidates are advised to keep a scanned copy of their signature and photograph ready beforehand before beginning the registration process. The scanned copies should be according to the specifications as prescribed by the commission in the guidelines for uploading photographs and signatures.
  • Students must enter their valid email ID and mobile number while registering for the MPPSC examination. The ID and mobile number should remain active until the completion of the recruitment process. MPPSC may send important information on the registered mail- ID and mobile number. In case a candidate does not have his/ her personal e-mail ID, he/ she should create the same before applying for the examination.

The application process for the MPPSC Examination is given in detail below:

Step 1: Opening The Official Website

  • Visit the official website of the MPPSC, i.e., www.mppsc,nic.in.
  • Search for the application link.
  • Click on the option “Apply Online” and a new application window will appear on the screen.

Step 2: Application Procedure For MPPSC 2021 Examination

  • Students have to select the “Click for new registration” tab.
  • Candidates have to register using e-mail ID or mobile number.
  • A provisional registration number and password will be sent to the registered mail ID and mobile number.
  • Students must note down the registration number sent to them.
  • All the personal details like date of birth, name, parent’s name, address, aadhar card details, mobile number, e-mail ID, class X and XII result, and other information must be entered by the candidates.
  • You can click on the “Save and Next” Option in case you are unable to complete the application form in one go.
  • Aspirants can modify or verify the application details once they have saved all the details in the application form.
  • Users cannot make any changes further if they have made the final submission and selected the “Final Submit” option.
  • Students must therefore crosscheck all the details once again before submitting their application form.
  • Users can validate their details and save the application by clicking on the “VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS” and “SAVE & NEXT” button.
  • After this, candidates will be asked to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned in the Guidelines issued by the commission. Make sure that all these documents are ready beforehand.
  • After making the final submission, you can easily login to the application form and click on the Preview Tab to view the entire application form.
  • Candidates will then be directed to the payment page of the application form and submit the application fees.
  • Students will receive confirmation regarding the payment of the application fees once their payment is confirmed. Students are advised to take its print out and keep it safely for future reference.

Step 3: Procedure For Uploading Photograph And Signature

  • A separate tab will be provided to the students for uploading the photographs and signatures. Students can click on the tab and start uploading their signature and photograph.
  • Candidates can view the sample image and check the format in which the photo has to be uploaded.
  • Browse and select the scanned photograph and signature which is saved in your PC. Select the file by clicking on it.
  • Click on the Upload button and finally your photograph and signature will be uploaded.

Step 4: Application Fees For MPPSC 2021

  • Candidates can pay their application fees for the exam using the Debit and Credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash cards or mobile wallets.
  • Aspirants can submit the application fees through online mode only.
  • Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the e-receipt generated after paying the application fees.
  • While submitting the application fees, do not click on the “Back” or “Refresh” button in order to avoid double charging.
  • There is a difference in the application fees for the students from General and Reserved categories. The application fee of MPPSC is INR 750 for candidates of MP and those who belong to SC/ ST, OBC and Physically handicapped categories while the application fee for the candidates out of MP region and who belong to General categories.

  • In case of payment failure, candidates are advised to enter their login credential again and repeat the process of payment.
  • Print the Application form which has the fee details and keep it safely for future references.

Caution:

  • Applicants are advised to take the print out of the application form with the fee details. Keep this form safely for future references.
  • The application fees already paid are not refundable and adjustable with other applicable fees.
  • The candidates who are applying for the second time must make the payment for the second time again.

MPPSC 2021 Examination: Guidelines for uploading the Photograph, Signature

The application may be rejected if the face in the photograph or the signature is unclear. Applicants are advised to edit the application and re-upload the photograph or signature in such cases. Also, the candidates should also ensure that the files are uploaded at their respective places and in the specified format.

Guidelines for Photograph:

  • The photograph must be a recent passport size coloured picture.
  • The size of the file should be more than 50 KB.
  • The format of the image should be in .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .png.
  • Students must upload the photograph with a dimension between 3.5 cm X 1.5 cm.
  • The picture should be taken against the white light coloured or white background.
  • Do not use flash to ensure there’s no red-eye.
  • In case you are wearing glasses, make sure that there are no reflections in your glasses and your eyes can be seen.
  • Caps, hats and dark glasses are not allowed.
  • The image should not be hazy or ineligible.

Guidelines for Signature:

  • The size of the file should be more than 50 KB.
  • The format of the image should be in .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .png.
  • The dimension of the image should be between 3.5 cm X 1.5 cm.
  • Signatures cannot be done in block letters.
  • Signature should not contain anything else like a date.
  • It should be done with black or blue ink on a white paper.

Important Note:

  • Applicants can see the preview of the images once they upload their signature and photograph. If you are satisfied, click Submit and confirm the upload. Otherwise, click on “Reload photograph” and submit it again.
  • You can repeat the process multiple times until you are not satisfied with the scanned images.
  • Candidates are not allowed to change the images of either the photograph or signature once they click on “Confirm Upload”.
