Ques. Will I be able to change my exam centre later in the UPSC IES/ISS Exam?
Ans. No, you will not be able to alter or make any changes in the application form once it is submitted.
Ques. Can I appear in another exam centre due to unavoidable circumstances?
Ans. No, If any candidate appears at a centre other than the one indicated by the Commission in his/her e-Admission Certificate, the papers of such a candidate will not be evaluated and his/her candidature will be liable to cancellation.

Ans. No, in such cases, you have to submit a fresh application form and pay the application fees.
