BARC Online Application Portal for OCES/DGFS-2026 is now active on the official website. Eligible candidates can apply online till January 21, 2026, through the OCES/DGFS programme. Applicants must enter accurate personal and academic details and upload the required documents, including a recent photograph and signature, in the prescribed format. The application fee must be paid online before final submission. Candidates are advised to carefully review the form before submitting it to avoid errors.

Registration Steps

BARC Apply Online 2026: Registration Steps

You are required to get yourself registered by clicking on the 'Apply Online' link by entering a name, mother's name, date of birth, e-mail ID, mobile number, and a preferred login ID. Details entered or modified at this stage cannot be modified later on, therefore, enter all the details carefully.
Now, activate your account through both the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and registered email ID. Once you activate the account, you can log in through the 'Candidate's Login' link to fill out the application form.
Now Login with your credentials and Fill in the application form with your educational qualification, category, and other details. Upload recent passport-sized photographs and a scanned copy of their signature. Now, pay the application fee of INR 500/-(plus bank charges) in an online mode using net banking/debit card/credit card. It must be noted that the application fee is non-refundable Check the dimensions and size below in the table:

If you wish to apply for BARC DGFS/OCES 2026 based on GATE score you are required to fill GATE details after the declaration of result. Those who wish to apply on the basis of GATE 2026 have to upload a score card.

Primary Stage

You are required to need to choose the Applied Discipline (i.e., exam Discipline) and Qualifying Degree. Enter other details including Name, Mother’s Name, DOB, Email ID, Mobile number, etc. On submitting the details, Unique Login ID and Password. These credentials will be used for further application steps.

Activation

After the first steps, candidates will get an OTP to their registered email ID and mobile number. Further, candidates can activate his/her application by using the “Activate through OTP” option on BARC portal.

Personal Information

You can log in through ‘Candidate Login’ with your registered User ID and Password. They have to fill in details including Category, Address, etc, and also upload a scanned copy of the Photo & Signature.

Academic Information

Candidates are required their academic details such as class 10th, and 12th, relevant degree details, and other Additional Qualifications (if applicable).

Screening Information

At this stage, candidates have to opt for screening channels: GATE score and Online Exam. Candidates who choose for GATE 2026 score have to enter GATE details at this stage.

Payment

The payment of the application fee is to be made through the SBI Payment Gateway. No refund will be done if multiple payment is made.

Final Submission

After all the above stages, candidates have to submit the application form. They must check all the details in the application form carefully. No modification will be allowed after the final submission. After the final submission, a Registration Number will be generated.

BARC’s final submission of the application form must be done after carefully checking the details in the form. No change will be allowed to be made after the final submission. No document or BARC application form needs to be sent by post or email. The entire application process is online. Candidates just need to fill out the application form and upload documents.

Ques. Is BARC 2026 application fee refundable?

Ans. No. The candidates have to pay INR 500/- for BARC OCES and DGFS 2026. The application fee of INR 500/- is non-refundable.

Ans. Candidates can modify the details at any stage during the application process. After the final submission of the application form, no change will be allowed in the application form.

Ques. I will be appearing for the GATE 2026 exam. How can I enter the GATE score in BARC 2026 application?
