DMRC Eligibility Criteria 2026

Depending on the nature of the post, eligibility criteria such as age, qualifications, experience, etc. are different. The following information about eligibility is based on the official advertisements for the respective posts published on the official website of the DMRC. 

DMRC Consultant Doctor:

MBBS degree from an accredited university or an equivalent degree that has been registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) and approved by the MCI; only registrations that are still active will be accepted.

People who are currently enrolled in other PSUs will be given preference for similar assignments.

Experience: five years.

The age should not exceed 60 years.

DMRC General Manager (Electrical/Rolling Stock):

Either the officer must be employed at the HAG or SAG level (officers employed in Non-Functional HAG or Non-Functional SAG may also apply), OR they must have recently retired from the same level.

The officer should be acquainted with operating in a computerized setting and have a variety of experience working in the Railway Electrical Department, Rolling Stock Maintenance, and Operations.

Preference should be given to practical experience with various computer programs relevant to the work.

The officer should not be under investigation by D&AR or Vigilance.

DMRC Dy. Hod / Legal:

Candidates should be familiar with operating in a computerized environment and have a variety of experience working in the architectural department, in the railways, metros, highways, and building complexes, among other places. It would be ideal to have practical experience with various computer software relevant to the position.

Apart from that, a candidate needs to have experience of at least 18–20 years depending on the type of organization and pay scale.

Age Limit: Minimum 58 to Maximum 61 years.

DMRC Dgm / Geo Technical:

The candidate must have at least nine years of executive-level industry experience and at least three years of experience working as a geotechnical engineer on tunnel construction projects for highways, metro rail, and hydro projects. Teaching and research expertise will not be taken into consideration.

Age Limit: 45 yrs.

DMRC General Manager/ Executive Director

The applicants must have at least 10 years of administrative contract management expertise with railways or metro corporations.

A candidate must also have 10 years of experience, plus, depending on the sort of business and salary bracket, a candidate is considered qualified.

How to Fill the DMRC Application Form 2026?

The application forms will be provided with the official advertisement published on the official website of DMRC. Considering different posts, the application form can be different. No application fee is necessary for these posts. Instructions for filling the application form for different posts are given below:

DMRC Consultant Doctor:

Candidates who meet the requirements may submit an application form using the instructions given in the advertisement.

• The application should be accompanied by the necessary documentation.
• Application forms that are not complete will be rejected immediately.

• Work Experience Certificate.
• copy of the current DMA/IMA Registration.

DMRC General Manager (Electrical/Rolling Stock):

The properly completed application form should be mailed in an envelope that prominently displays the name of the position on the front.

Documents:

• Educational Certificates (Graduation, Post-Graduation, & Others).
• Work Experience Certificate.

Application submission:

• Mail or Speed Post(provided in the advertisement).

DMRC Dy. Hod / Legal:

The properly completed application form should be delivered in an envelope that clearly displays the name of the position on the front.

Documents:

• Educational Certificates (Graduation, Post-Graduation, and Others).
• Work Experience Certificate.
• NOC from Employer along with D&AR and Vigilance clearance (in case of Central Govt.

/CPSUemployees).

• APARs of the last 5 years (in the case of Central Govt./CPSU employees).

• Documents in support of the substantive grade, on a regular basis (for candidates working in CDA

pay scales).

DMRC Dgm / Geo Technical:

The properly completed application form should be mailed in an envelope that conspicuously displays the name of the post and advertisement number on the cover.

Documents:

• Educational Certificates (Graduation, Professional, Post-Graduation & Others) (Marks card and Degree certificate).
• Work Experience Certificate (indicating the nature of the job) SS.

DMRC General Manager/ Executive Director:

The properly completed application form should be mailed in an envelope with the name of the post clearly written on the front.

Documents:

• Educational Certificates (Matric/ Diploma/Graduation & Others).
• Work Experience Certificate.
• NOC from the present employer.
• The current employer's vigilance and D&AR clearance
• APARs of the last 5 years.

DMRC Admit Card 2026

There is no need for admit cards for the interview. The DMRC will send a meeting link to the candidate’s mail address. The meeting is generally conducted on Microsoft Teams and to attend the interview candidate needs to download the app beforehand.

DMRC Result 2026

The results are published on the official website after a few days of the interview and the candidates need to stay in touch with the official website.

Only the names of the selected candidates are mentioned in the DMRC Result PDF. The candidates need not log in or register on the site to get the results, as it is publicly available on the site.

The results for the above-mentioned post are not known as there is no mention of results on the DMRC website for any post. The shortlisted candidates for the interview are very few, and sometimes there is only one. 

However, the DMRC may send the result to the selected candidates directly over the mail. So, it is also advised to check the mail regularly.

DMRC Previous Year Cutoff Marks

There is no examination as such, so there is no way to find out the cutoff. DMRC Cutoff will be based on different facets of knowledge, skills, experience, expertise, aptitude, and physical ability.

DMRC Salary and Benefits

DMRC Consultant Doctor:

The post of consultant doctor is a temporary post for one year and there will be a Rs. 2100 per hour charge given to the candidate. The rate is inclusive of transport.

DMRC General Manager (Electrical/Rolling Stock):

Candidates selected on a post-retirement contractual engagement basis will get INR 155000 to INR 1,70,500 per month based on the location of duty.

Candidates selected on a deputation basis shall continue to draw parent department pay plus deputation allowance, as applicable, under the Govt. of India rules.

DMRC Dy. Hod / Legal:

The payment amount will be based on their last substantive grade. The salary ranges from INR 93,200 to INR 132900.

DMRC Dgm / Geo Technical:

The pay and benefits will be in accordance with the IDA (Industrial DA) pay scale as it is currently in effect, as well as any other benefits the corporation currently offers, such as perks, HRA, medical coverage, EPF, gratuities, and insurance.

General Manager/ Executive Director (Property Development/Property Business):

As per the regulations of the Government of India, a candidate on a deputation basis must continue to receive parent department pay as well as any applicable deputation allowance.

Candidates chosen through direct recruitment will get compensation in accordance with current Industrial Development Act (IDA) salary rates as well as various perks, such as lease/HRA, medical benefits, EPF, gratuities, and insurance, among other things.
