DMRC Recruitment Exam 2020 has announced 1493 vacancies for executive and non-executive positions. DMRC conducted the exam in multiple time slots/shifts on February 17, 21, 23 and 26, 2020 for various posts. The exam was held online. Paper 1 and Paper 2 were held on the same day. As per the feedback of some students, the difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate. In CRA, Paper 1- General Awareness was moderate, General Intelligence & Reasoning was easy to moderate and Quantitative Aptitude section was moderate. Whereas in Paper 2, General English section was moderate. Candidates who will qualify the exam will later be called for the Medical Examination/GD/Interview at Delhi NCR office.

DMRC Application Form

DMRC Recruitment 2021 Application Form

Candidates need to fill the online application form to appear in DMRC Recruitment 2020. Here is a list of steps for DMRC Recruitment 2020 Application form:

  1. Visit the official website of DMRC i.e. delhimetrorail.com
  2. Click on ‘Careers.’
  3. Here the candidate will be able to see a notification related to various current and past vacancies.
  4. Click on the relevant notification which the candidate is looking to apply for.
  5. Fill all the details as required in the form, such as Personal details, educational qualifications, etc.
  6. Upload the colored passport-sized photo of the candidate, scanned signature, Date of birth proof, caste/category certificate (if applicable) and qualifying marks certificate.
  7. After the form has been filled successfully, DMRC servers will generate the Bank Challan for fee payment by the candidate, with a unique Bank reference number.
  8. Pay the fee through Bank Challan in any branch of SBI. The fee must be paid after at least 24 hours from the generation of challan.
  9. After two working days from fee payment, candidates can apply for the acknowledgment receipt on DMRC’s website.
  10. After this step, the DMRC server will generate a final registration slip for the candidate. This slip will mention the candidate’s unique registration number, post applied for and personal details of the candidate.
  11. Candidates are advised to keep a copy of this slip with them for future reference.

Here is a list of few mandatory instructions that a candidate needs to keep in mind while filling the DMRC Recruitment 2020 Application Form:

  • DMRC Recruitment 2020 Application Form can only be filled through online mode.
  • For filling the form, the candidate needs to have a personal e-mail ID. Candidates must preserve their e-mail ID which they will mention in the form as this e-mail ID will be used for future communication.
  • To avoid rejection of the application, candidates must thoroughly read and understand DMRC Recruitment 2020 notification.
  • The size of the scanned copies of documents should be less than 100 kb and such a document should be in jpg/pdf file format only.
  • Fees for DMRC Recruitment 2020 can be paid only through State Bank of India, not through any other Bank.

Admit Card for DMRC Recruitment 2020 was out from February 3, 2020 onwards. Admit Card for DMRC Recruitment 2020 can be obtained only by downloading it from the DMRC website, and there is no other mode for obtaining the admit card.

Steps to Download DMRC Recruitment 2020 Admit Card:

  1. Visit the official website of DMRC.
  2. Click on - ‘Careers.’
  3. Now, click on – ‘Download Admit Card for the post of relevant post vide advertisement number.’
  4. Candidate needs to type their Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  5. Now, Click on –  ‘Login/Submit/View Admit Card.’
  6. Now the candidate can see their Admit card for DMRC Recruitment 2020.
  7. Candidates should take one or two-colored printouts of the Admit Card, for examination purposes and also for future reference.

DMRC Recruitment 2021 Exam Pattern

  • DMRC Recruitment 2020 is to be conducted in offline mode for Assistant Manager (Electrical, Civil and S&T) and SC/TO while it will be conducted in online mode for CRA, JE, Maintainer, and other posts.
  • DMRC Recruitment 2020 will consist of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2.
  • Where paper 1 will have subjects like GK, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning and Knowledge of Domain, on the other hand, paper 2 is taken to check a candidate’s ability in the English language.
  • Both the papers will consist of MCQ questions.
  • Both the papers will have Negative Marking. A wrong answer will lead to a deduction of 0.33 marks from the total score, where a correct answer fetches a candidate 1 mark.

Sorry, you cannot apply for DMRC directly after completing class 12. Aspirants of DMRC must possess the required 3 Year/ 4 Year Graduation Degree/Diploma as per the job which a candidate is applying for. Other than this, you need to fulfill some Medical/Health criteria to be eligible for Final Selection.
