UPTET Admit Cards 2020 will tentatively be made available on December 12, 2020. Candidates can download UPTET Admit Card from the official UPBEB website – updeled.gov.in by logging in with their UPTET Registration Number and Date of Birth/ Password. 

  • Candidates have to carry an original photo ID proof and its copy along with UPTET Admit Card to the exam center.
  • The admit card will specify candidate’s details, allotted exam slot and UPTET Exam Center.
  • Candidates should verify all the details and contact exam conducting authority in case of any discrepancy.

How to Download UPTET Admit Card 2020?

The board will issue the hall ticket of UPTET to the registered candidates only. The document is released on the official website of the examination. In order to download it, follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPTET 2020 i.e. updeled.gov.in

Step 2: Click on “UPTET Admit Card 2020”

Step 3: Enter Registration Number and Date of birth (in dd/mm/yyyy format)

Step 4: Click on ‘Submit’ tab.

Step 5: View, verify, and save your hall ticket.

Step 6: Download and take print of UPTET Admit Card.

Discrepancy in UPTET Admit Card

Candidates are advised to check all the details present in UPTET Hall Ticket. Any deviation in the information present in the admit card and actual details will result in cancellation of candidature. Details to be checked are:

The problem in Downloading UPTET Admit Card 2020

There is a possibility, that you may be unable to download the hall ticket due to the following reasons.

  1. If the application form is incomplete
  2. Poor internet speed
  3. Entering incorrect credentials
  4. Traffic on the website

How to Retrieve UPTET Application Number or Password?

In case a candidate forgets his application number, it can be recovered by clicking on ‘forgot application number’ link. After that, a new window will open and the following details will be asked-

  • Name of candidate
  • Date of birth
  • Mobile number
  • Email ID

Submit the credentials and reset the same. 


UPTET 2020 Exam Centers

  • UPTET is expected to be conducted across 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Appearing candidates are required to choose any one of the following listed Exam Centers while filling UPTET 2020 Application Form.

Documents Required on UPTET Exam Day

Along with the admit card, candidates also need to carry a valid photo ID proof to the exam center. Here’s a list of things that you can/should carry to your allotted UPTET Exam Centers 2020.

Valid Photo ID: Candidates can bring any of the mentioned documents as a photo id to their center. However, the board encourages students to bring Aadhar Card to make the process centralize and common for all. Other acceptable IDs are:

  1. Voter ID
  2. Aadhar Card
  3. Driving License
  4. Passport
  5. Ration Card

Multiple Size Photographs: With this, it is mandatory to carry their photographs, same as the one used in UPTET Admit Card. The photographs required are for documentation purposes.

Stationary: Candidates will not be provided with any stationary by the conducting and convening authorities.

What are the Important Documents to Carry with UPTET Admit Card 2020

The aspirants will not be allowed to appear for the UPTET exam unless they carry their admit card to the examination centre. However, they need to carry some other essential documents along with the admit card to the exam centre.

UPTET 2020 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates applying for UPTET must also know about documents, objects, and things that are prohibited inside the campus of the test venue. To ensure smooth conduct of the exam, candidates are requested not to bring the following documents/objects/things.

  1. Electronic devices
  2. Calculators
  3. Piece of Paper except for UPTET Admit Card
  4. Sunglasses

Other Key Points

  • Reach the examination center 45 minutes before the commencement of test.
  • No candidates whatsoever will be allowed to leave the examination hall prior to completion of test.
  • Candidates are advised not to bring any document except UPTET Admit Card at the exam center.
  • No extra time will be allowed to any of the candidates unless deemed by the board itself (mostly in cases of candidates with scribes)

Hi Renu, to download admit card, you will have to submit one-time password as well. Thus, kindly try once again, if still not downloaded, then it means that you didn't completed the application form while registering for the exam.
