The correct answer is  option  2 I.e.  AIDS.

The sexually transmitted disease caused by a virus is AIDS, which is caused by the HIV virus (Human Immunodeficiency Virus). Other examples of sexually transmitted diseases caused by viruses include: Human Papillomavirus (HPV) – causes genital warts and is linked to cervical and other cancers. Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) – causes genital herpes. Hepatitis B and C (HBV and HCV) – cause liver infections, and Hepatitis B can be transmitted sexually. So, AIDS (caused by HIV) is one of the viral STDs, but there are others as well.
