The correct answer is

Wellbeing Research Centre, University of Oxford

Since 2024 the World Happiness Report has been published by the Wellbeing Research Centre at the University of Oxford, working with Gallup (which conducts the survey), the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UN SDSN) and an independent editorial board.

The 2026 edition, released on the International Day of Happiness (20 March 2026), continues this partnership and ranks countries on self-reported life evaluations along with GDP per capita, social support, healthy life expectancy, freedom, generosity and perceptions of corruption.

The World Bank, WEF and OECD publish their own indicators but not the World Happiness Report.

Hence, the answer is the Wellbeing Research Centre, University of Oxford.
