The correct answer is

Estimate Committee

The Estimates Committee of the Lok Sabha (30 members) examines the budget estimates of ministries and suggests economies, improvements in organisation, efficiency and alternative policies. It is often called a continuous economy committee.

Its reports on the estimates of selected ministries are presented to the House before the discussion on the demands for grants of those ministries, so that members can use them while debating and voting on the demands.

The Public Accounts Committee examines expenditure already incurred (post-mortem, based on CAG reports), the Committee of Privileges deals with breaches of privilege, and there is no Finance Committee that reports before the demands.

Hence, the answer is Estimate Committee.
