The skill that measures the amount of worker’s expertise, specialization, wages and supervisory capacity is
Labour skills
Skills are often grouped by what they describe. Some groupings describe personal and interpersonal qualities, while another grouping describes a worker in the labour market. Labour skills refer to the level of a worker's expertise in an occupation and are used to classify workers as unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled and highly skilled, which in turn decides wages and responsibilities.
The stem lists expertise, specialization, wages and supervisory capacity. These are exactly the measures used to grade labour: a highly specialised worker with deep expertise earns higher wages and can supervise others, while an unskilled worker performs routine tasks under supervision. Such grading is used in wage boards, minimum wage notifications and vocational qualification frameworks, so the skill described is labour skills.
Soft skills are personal attributes such as communication, teamwork and adaptability, and they are not measured by wages or specialization. Social skills concern interacting with other people in society. Life skills, as defined by the WHO, include decision making, coping with stress and self-awareness for daily living. None of these is defined by occupational expertise, pay level and supervisory capacity.
Hence, Labour skills.
