Calculation:
Employees using metro in Company B = (78 * 60)/5 = 936
The number of employees preferring metro in Company P = 1.25 * 936 = 1170

The number of employees preferring metro in Company P;
⇒ 0.45m = 1170
⇒ m = 2600
Total number of employees in Company P = 2600
Total employees in Company E = 22000 ÷ 12.5 = 1760
Percentage difference = [(2600 - 1760 ) ÷ 2600] × 100 = 840 ÷ 13 = 32 \(\dfrac{4}{13}\)
∴ The total number of employees in Company E is approximately 32 \(\dfrac{4}{13}\) % less than the total number of employees in Company P.
