The correct answer is

J

J is correct.

Write the position of each letter in the English alphabet: I = 9, Y = 25, Q = 17 and J = 10.

I, Y and Q all stand at odd positions (9, 25 and 17).

J alone stands at an even position (10), so it does not belong with the other three and is the odd letter.

The values 9, 25 and 17 are not divisible by 2, while 10 is exactly divisible by 2, which separates J from the group.
