Question

Arrange 0.53, 2/25, 7/150 and 16/75 in ascending order:

This question was previously asked in
RRB Group D 2018 Question Paper (11-Oct-2018) (Shift 3)
The correct answer is

7/150, 2/25, 16/75, 0.53

Convert each to decimal: 0.53 = 0.5300; 2/25 = 0.0800; 7/150 ≈ 0.0467; 16/75 ≈ 0.2133.

Ascending: 0.0467 < 0.08 < 0.2133 < 0.5300, i.e.

7/150 < 2/25 < 16/75 < 0.53.

Hence, 7/150, 2/25, 16/75, 0.53.
