The correct answer is
INR 102

Cost of 3 pens = 3 × 10 = INR 30. Cost of 2 notebooks before discount = 2 × 40 = INR 80. After 10% discount, notebooks cost \(80\times 0.9 = 72\). Total = 30 + 72 = INR 102.
