OSSC CGL Preliminary Exam is of 150 minutes. It tests the candidates on arithmetic and numeric ability, current affairs, reasoning, etc. Candidates who clear the cut-offs are eligible to appear for the mains examination. The Mains paper has two papers of 2.5 hours each. There is a negative marking for wrong answers in the MCQ paper.
