OSSC CGL Eligibility 2026

  • Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
  • Character: Must possess good character.
  • Health: Must be in sound health, with a good physique, and free from organic defects or bodily infirmity.
  • Marital Status: If married, must not have more than one spouse living.
  • Language Requirement: Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia fluently.
    • Must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examination or an equivalent with Odia as the medium for a non-language subject.
    • Must have passed Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class VII or higher from a recognized school or institution by the Government of Odisha or the Central Government.
