  • The Application for OPSC 2021 is going on for AEE (Civil) that starts from 26th August 2020 to 25th September 2020.

How to Apply for OPSC 2020 Online?

Here are some instruction for filling the Online application form:

  • For registering yourself for advertised post and if you are eligible, then click on the “APPLY ONLINE” button, which is present on the Home page of the official website.
  • The details of the advertised post will appear.
  • If you are applying for the first time and not having a PPSAN (Permanent Public Service Account Number) and user name, then for Registration, click on the “New User” button.
  • If you have done the Registration earlier and want to re-register, then click on the “Registered User” button.
  • On clicking “New User” or “Registered User,” you will be directed to the Registration/Registration form.

Instructions Before you Apply

  • An E-mail Id and Mobile Number should be present of the Applicant before the Online Registration/ Re-registration.
  • The E-mail and Mobile Number, which is verified and submitted once, should be kept the same until the completion of the recruitment.
  • The Full Specimen of Signature and the Left Thumb Impression of the Applicant should be in the “JPG ” format that should have a size of 20KB to 50 KB should be kept while the procedure of Registration is going on.
  • For entering the details of HSC, the Applicant should have HSC Certificate with them.
  • For entering Aadhaar card Number, the Applicant should have Aadhaae Card with them.
  • The Applicants who want to claim the Registration under SC/ST/SEBC Category should keep the certificate with them.
  • The Applicants other than SC/ST/Person with Disability should make a Payment of Examination Fee as mentioned in the advertisement.
  • For making an Online Payment for Examination Fee Debit Card/Credit Card or Net Banking facility should be ready.
  • For filling Educational Qualifications, the mark sheet of the Applicant should be ready.
  • Scanned copy of Colored Photograph in JPG format that has size form 20kn to 100kb should be kept ready.
  • The images of Full Specimen Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Colored Photograph must be clear otherwise the Registration/ Re-registration will get rejected and may not be entertained.
  • The E-mail ID and Mobile No. should be of the Applicant’s personal one where after the recruitment, all the important communication like ACtivatin Key or Alerts will take place. In no circumstance, the Applicant should share E-mail iD or Phone No. of some other person.

Instruction for making Online Registration/Re-registration and Application

  • Open the Official website of OPSC
  • To Register or Re-register, click on the “APPLY ONLINE” button on the top-right on the Home Page.
  • After clicking on the “APPLY ONLINE” button, you will be directed to the page displaying the advertised post.
  • If you are applying the first-time Registration for any post register as a “New User.”
  • If you have applied earlier and wants to re-register register as a “Registered User.”
  • Now Instructions for filling up the Online Registration will appear or the screen.
  • The “Registered User” will be directed to a Login page and have to enter Username and Password to log in.
  • The “New User” will take you to the Registration Form, where they have to fill the details precisely.
  • Upload clear Full Specimen of Signature and Left Thumb Impression
  • After the candidate fills the form correctly click on “Preview Registration” button to verify the correctness
  • If you want to rectify, then click on the “Edit” button, and if you find everything is correct, then click on the “Submit” button.
  • After the Registration is completed “Login” on the Home Page of OPSC

  • The photo should be against the white or light-coloured background
  • Should look straight with a calm face
  • If flash is used, ensure there is no red-eye in the picture
  • Eyes should be seen clearly without any reflection if you wear glasses
