KPSC (Karnataka Public Service Commission) Syllabus 2021

KPSC abbreviated as Karnataka Public Service Commission; a governmental commission has been conducting examinations since the year 1951 for recruiting candidates under the posts of civil services of the Indian state. The commission appoints candidates in the bars only after cracking the examination and not with the help of any middleman. The article shall give all the details regarding the syllabus of the examination.

The commission has divided the examination into eight papers. The maximum marks granted for the examination remains as 1800.

  • A candidate gets to choose any two subjects from the optional section of subjects.
  • All the aspirants must know that each subject forgoes two papers to be obtained.

Paper 1- Kannada: The paper carries maximum marks of 150.

Paper 2: The commission conducts the 2nd paper of the examination for a total of 100 marks.

KPSC 2021 Syllabus

The examination is being conducted annually by the governmental commission of Karnataka. Candidates aspiring to take up the test must apply and download the admit cards to carry it on the date of the exam. The commission provides a total time duration of one and a half hours to complete the multiple-choice based test. All the candidates with an aspiration of appearing for the examination must go through the syllabus mentioned below before starting with the preparation.

KPSC 2021 Answer Key

After appearing for the exam, candidates shall receive a notification about the release of answer keys obtaining which he/she shall evaluate the round score for the appeared examination. Candidates can check the answer keys and any form of released notification in the official page of the commission.

The commission has ensured to conduct the examination and declaration of results as per the announcements made.

  • The commission would conduct and declare the results of the preliminary round, followed by the main stage of the exam.
  • Candidates who ace the preliminary stage of the exam shall be eligible to take up the main stage and final interview if they ace the main stage.
