The selection of candidates in the exam is dependent on their performance in the written test. If they clear the written test they will be called for document verification. The TNPSC VAO Exam has a two-stage selection process.
This is the entrance gate for the candidates to appear in the exam and their results are decided based on their performance in the exam. Three sections make up the exam: General Studies, Aptitude and Mental Ability, and General Tamil/General English.
