The Territorial Army Paper 1 comprises two sections that are Logical Reasoning and Elementary Mathematics. Each section consists of 50 questions weighing 1 mark each. Section A- Reasoning Ability / Logical Reasoning

This section of the paper is one of the most common areas upon which candidates are judged in every competitive exam. There will be 50 questions on logical reasoning ability which will consist of non-verbal and verbal reasoning questions. The topics will range from Analogy, logical deduction, and syllogism to embedded figures, pattern perception, rule detection, and much more.

  • The level of Logical Reasoning questions asked in the Exam will be of graduation level.
  • A thorough in-depth understanding of the basics of Logical Reasoning is required.
