The correct answer is

Ajanta Caves

The Ajanta Caves, rock-cut Buddhist caves famous for their murals, lie in the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) district of Maharashtra and were inscribed as a World Heritage Site in 1983.

The other three sites are in Madhya Pradesh: the Rock Shelters of Bhimbetka are in Raisen district (2003), the Buddhist Monuments at Sanchi are also in Raisen district (1989), and the Khajuraho Group of Monuments is in Chhatarpur district (1986).

So the only site in the list that is outside Madhya Pradesh is the one in Maharashtra.

Hence, Ajanta Caves.
