RRB NTPC 2025 Graduate CBT 2 Question Paper PDF (10-Jul-2026) (Shift 1)
The correct answer is

6.25%

Let the original cost price be ₹100. Then original selling price \(= 100 \times 1.25 = ₹125\).

New cost price (increased by 20%) \(= 100 \times 1.20 = ₹120\).

New selling price (reduced by 10%) \(= 125 \times 0.90 = ₹112.50\).

Since new selling price (112.50) < new cost price (120), there is a loss.

Loss \(= 120 - 112.50 = ₹7.50\).

Percentage loss \(= \frac{7.50}{120} \times 100 = 6.25\%\).

Hence, Lekhraj incurs a loss of 6.25%.
