This question was previously asked in
SSC CPO 2025 Paper 1 Question Paper (9-Dec-2025) (Shift 2)
The correct answer is

(1)

This is a first conditional sentence: the main clause "the disciplinary committee reserves the right" is in the simple present, describing a real, possible situation.

In such a sentence the if-clause also takes the simple present: "If she is found guilty of any misconduct during her tenure". The form "If she be found" is an archaic subjunctive and is not acceptable in modern standard English.

The remaining parts, "the disciplinary committee reserves the right", "to withhold her pending dues" and "or initiate further legal action", are grammatically correct and parallel.

Hence, the error lies in the part "If she be found guilty of any misconduct during her tenure".
