The correct answer is

Yugantar Ashram

The headquarters of the Hindustan Ghadar Party in San Francisco was known as Yugantar Ashram. Set up in 1913 at 5 Wood Street, it housed the party office and the press from which the paper Ghadar was printed in Urdu, Punjabi and other Indian languages and mailed to Indian communities and soldiers overseas.

The name deliberately borrowed from the Bengali revolutionary journal Jugantar, signalling that the emigrant Punjabi workers on the Pacific coast saw themselves as continuing an existing revolutionary tradition rather than starting a separate one.

The other names belong elsewhere. India House was the revolutionary hostel Shyamji Krishna Varma founded in London, Abhinav Bharat was the secret society formed by V. D. Savarkar at Nasik, and Swaraj Bhavan is the Nehru family residence at Allahabad donated to the Congress.

Hence, the answer is Yugantar Ashram.
