CUET PG 2025 Dairy Technology exam (March 25, Shift-1) was conducted in online CBT mode and served as the core component of the selection process, which begins with online application, followed by the exam, then merit list preparation, counselling & seat allotment, and finally document verification. The paper comprised 75 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 90 minutes, with +4 marks awarded for every correct answer and –1 mark deducted for every incorrect response. The exam instructions were bilingual (English & Hindi). The syllabus covered core areas of dairy science and technology, such as dairy chemistry, microbiology, milk processing & preservation, heat and mass transfer in dairy operations, product development, quality control & safety, and dairy engineering operations.
