KPTCL Exam Pattern 2026
KPTCL Exam Pattern will be released by Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited Officials. This exam will be conducted online. The online question paper will be in English format for candidates who have applied for Group A & Group B Posts (Asst. Executive Engineer Elec.) & (Asst. Engineer Elec./Civil) and Group C Posts (Junior Engineer Elec./Civil).
For the post of Junior Assistant, computer knowledge-based questions will be given in English only. Questions for Aptitude and General Awareness will be in English and Kannada. KPTCL Exam Pattern is important for candidates to know so that they know what to prepare and how to prepare. KPTCL Exam is conducted as Aptitude Test. The skill test will be conducted in offline mode and candidates should keep the following important points in mind.
- KPTCL Aptitude Test is for 100 Marks.
- Each question shall carry 1 mark, while each wrong answer shall carry negative marks of 0.25.
- All questions will be objective.
- The Kannada language exam will carry a total of 150 marks. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50 marks to pass the Kannada Language Test and will be eligible to appear in the General Aptitude Test.
