Indian Army GD Nationality 2026

To be eligible for Indian Army GD 2026, the candidate must meet any of the following nationality requirements:

  • An Indian citizen
  • A citizen of Nepal or Bhutan
  • Tibetan refugee who has permanently settled in India before January 1, 1962.
  • An Indian refugee who immigrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently live in India.
  • The above-mentioned candidates need to show their nationality certificate issued by the Government of India, except for the Gorkha citizen of Nepal.

  • The candidates need to have scored a minimum of 33 marks out of 100 in their core subjects in the 10th standard.
  • The candidate’s class 10th aggregate score should sum up to a minimum of 45%.
  • The candidate's best 5 will be considered for all calculations.
