Ans: Do not pay again immediately. Log in with the provisional registration number and password and check the payment status; if the e-receipt is not generated, the transaction was not successful and the fee has to be paid again after the amount status is settled.

Ans: No. The State/UT opted for provisional allotment is irrevocable once exercised and cannot be changed, even in the correction window.
